Is Orden only for salons?
Not at all. Orden is built around the independent-provider business model. It works for salon and beauty studios, wellness spaces, esthetics, massage, tattoo, medspa and other businesses where independent providers operate under one roof.
Can my providers access Orden, too?
Yes. Each provider has their own portal where they can manage their profile, access documents and resources, submit requests, view payment information and stay connected to your business.
Can Orden automatically collect recurring license fees?
Yes. You can automate recurring ACH license fee payments and providers can keep a credit card on file as a backup payment method.
What happens if a payment fails?
Orden can automatically trigger the follow-up process you establish for unsuccessful payments, helping take the manual chasing out of fee collection.
Does Orden track licenses and agreement renewals?

Payments collected through Orden carry processing costs that depend on the payment method. We will walk you through the current rates before you take your first payment, and owners can choose to absorb those costs or pass them on to the provider through the payment settings in the Owner Portal.
